The Operations Associate plays a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across project delivery, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and expansion into new sectors and geographies.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with government bodies, public-sector entities, and institutional partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows between technical, commercial, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Contribute to the development of proposals, client deliverables, and internal documentation.
  • Track project performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business (Commerce), Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a structured, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in standard business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Eligibility to work in Canada or the United States.
